Many of us want to look good for special occasions but for our wedding we want to look stunning. Well we have beauticians for our face and hands, stylists for our hair and seamstresses for our dress but what can we do about weight? If you want to lose weight and get the perfect shape for that gorgeous gown in time for your wedding day then you must be prepared to make some changes.
By cutting out alcohol and those fizzy drinks you could lose 2 pounds a month even if you do nothing else. Not easy I know but this is a once in a lifetime event. (unless you’re addicted to weddings) So you really need to cut back on those tequila slammers. Not convinced? Well consider this; you have a glass of wine at lunch and three in the evening, plus a couple cans of soda during the day and you know what? you’ve consumed a quarter of your daily allowance of calories. So replace soda with water or fruit tea and cut down on the alcohol and you’re part of the way there.
Eating fast food may seem appealing what with all the stresses of your daily life and having to deal with the wedding and all. Well there’s no cooking or cleaning up to deal with. It is so much easier to hit the burger bar and call it a meal. The problem with that is each burger is pure fat and them fries are no better. IF you want to lose weight for your wedding then you must quit eating junk food now!
Another area that will help you lose weight is by getting physical, but don’t waste your money on a gym do something you enjoy, go for a walk, start dancing again, beat the crap out the Mii on the Nintendo Wii in the boxing. Another idea is to fidget, I have noticed many skinny people are fidgeters and never seem to stand still, I have incorporated little dances into my life whenever I find myself waiting for the kettle or the coffee machine. Only when I’m alone though, I don’t want people to think I’m crazy.
