If you have ever thought it would be nice to design your own wedding ring or have jewelry designed for you but thought that something like having a wedding ring designed would be well out of your budget well think again. Jewellers charge a lot less than you would think for commissioned work.

So instead of traipsing through hundreds of jewellers who are all selling bland and uninteresting wedding rings, none of which match your gorgeous engagement ring. You just need to find a quality jeweller and there are still a few out there. There even some that can be found online producing custom made wedding rings.
 
How do you find the jeweller who is going to make these stunning rings for you. Well your local yellow pages will have them listed but also your local town will have one or two decent custom jewellers. Generally they have smaller shops and are not so glitzy.
 
When you find them you need to ask the jeweller a series of questions relevant to what you require if they appear to answer honestly and openly to all your questions ask for some examples of their work. If their work appears to be too similar to the major retailers, they may not actually make it themselves and if you choose them they will probably send it off to a sub contractor. You want to see some real evidence of originality and quality. Remember if they appear evasive or hesitant it could be a sign of them being just a retailer and not a real jeweler.
 
There are some great jewellers out there who are dying to show off their talents at making beautiful wedding rings. A good jeweller is always willing to work with clients to either design or make wedding rings to your design, they have worked hard to hone their skills as a jewelry maker and your wedding ring design may well excite them. So don’t be afraid to ask for an estimate the price may surprise you in a pleasant way and you will end up with a wedding ring designed by your to treasure.
